Reliacard Text Scam - PUACARD has a Hold Due To Suspicious Activity

The Reliacard text scam below from 803-236-5974 is being used to target PA unemployment insurance pre-paid debit cards. If you receive the text scam, please do not call the telephone number it came from, or click the link in it. The link in the Reliacard text scam goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal and financial information.

Received text today (3-9-22) from this# 1 (803) 857-3928. "PUACARD: Your reliacard has been frozen please click on the link below to verify your account activity and keep your account protected." Then a link...I did not click the link or reply in any way. Is this a scam? Notice mistake in the message written that always flags me as a scam... but I wouldn't have clicked on this without researching if I thought it was not a scam. No info was found from checking the phone number on the internet.
