Syzec located at syzec.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell tops, sweaters, shirts, cardigans, dresses, and other apparel. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

It’s a scam don’t order from this site. They say you have 30 days to return but instead try to offer you a fraction of what you paid. Also they have you send it back to DubaI (fake address). Beware!!
I am sadly just now experiencing the same thing ARGH!!! I thought it was based out of the U.S.
Don’t bother. Customer service will not refund returns. They insist they never received your return and keep your money. Scam!
This company appears to be a scam , Fake , will not respond , will not refund your money , DO NOT BUY from SYZEC at all , you will regret ever dealing with them . They say the clothes come out of SC but the package that arrived was from New York , New York . Appears to be a scam
I place an order the shirt was $39.99 with $14.99 shipping ouch but really liked the look. The size they stated was not correct, when I contacted them they said they would give me $11.00 wow thanks but no, I got them up to $30.00 but that is as far as they would go, to get a total refund I would have to send the shirt back and my expense and take the chance they would not refund me anything. This place should be banned from selling anywhere in the US. Do not buy from this place. Let's see if they refund me my $30.00 if not I will talk to my bank.Very unhappy no customer service at all.
If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered 2 dresses for a total of $79. They were very poor quality and the material was so thin it was see thru. I requested to return my items and met nothing but bartering. They wanted to give me $25 and I keep the items! I said no and they countered with $45 and keep the items, again I said no thank you. Their final offer was $55, I pay postage and keep the items. These clothes suck so bad THEY don't even want them! So much for consumer satisfaction. I wish I had searched for reviews on this place before any purchase.

I ordered shirts on Dec 5 2022 and I to date have never received anything!! I paid 170.00 for 5 shirts, I wish I would have read reviews before ordering
I received my purchased blouses on 3/7/23. I ordered online 2/21/23. The blouses are nothing like what was shown online. They claimed to be a company in South Carolina who works with top designers! These blouses are counterfeit, and cheaply made! Shame on me for falling into this counterfeit company. I need to send them back to get my money back! I will also, put in a dispute with my financial institution.
I got the product I ordered. Fabric is awful, feels like a little kids nylon kite, ordered XXL might fit a normal L size. They Didnt want to refund my money. Offered me 1/2 credit and keep it. Why keep something that doesn't fit! Never buy from then again
I do believe this site is a scam! Just unfortunate that innocent people fall into their hands. Don't order from them as you will never receive your product
