The link goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal and financial information. Please pay manually to avoid penalty notice. tollwayeast-traffic .netRecipients of the Tollway scam text are asked not to click the link in it. They should just delete it. Recipients who have already been tricked by the scam text and who have submitted their financial information to the phishing website they were taken to, are asked to contact their bank for help.
