'Kitchenhof' located at kitchenhof.co.uk is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell fridges, coffee machines, blenders, microwaves, toasters, ovens, dishwashers and other appliances. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

I ordered an air fryer on 5th November. I emailed them but had no response. Can't believe I fell for the scam!

Absolute scammers ordered air fryer for gift then cancelled order 10 mins later after reading reviews (should have looked first). couldnt get through on the phone as if there was no such no. and at irst they responded to my emails then ignored them but after contacting my bank they refunded me and then the bank contacted me back after several weeks and said it had been resolved.

I ordered an airfryer cooker from these 27th December and made payment on 30th December.
Heard nothing from them at all via chat or message. Tried calling them phone just has busy tone contacted bank and file for refund. But will ring fraud line aswell

Ordered air fryer on 5th Dec 2022
Now 10th Jan and nothing has arrived
Tried many times to contact company but to no avail
Contacted my bank and they refunded the money almost immediately.
