Is Kitchenhof a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of kitchenhof.co.uk

I ordered an air fryer on 5th November. I emailed them but had no response. Can't believe I fell for the scam!

Absolute scammers ordered air fryer for gift then cancelled order 10 mins later after reading reviews (should have looked first). couldnt get through on the phone as if there was no such no. and at irst they responded to my emails then ignored them but after contacting my bank they refunded me and then the bank contacted me back after several weeks and said it had been resolved.

12th January not received item or refund

I ordered an airfryer cooker from these 27th December and made payment on 30th December.
Heard nothing from them at all via chat or message. Tried calling them phone just has busy tone contacted bank and file for refund. But will ring fraud line aswell

Contacted my bank and they refunded the money almost immediately.

I bought Air Fryer in November, they kept lying to me saying it was coming but hasn't arrived and now not replying to my emails I will contact my credit card company.

100% a scam and yet the website is still up and running!

They scammed me out of £185.

Its a scam its 100% on line fraud. As such I have reported my scam of £230 to the met police online fraud team

Ordered and paid for goods by visa debit. No goods received. They answered emails when chasing up my order saying the goods had been stuck at customs. They asked me to give them a bit longer to fulfill order. Still no goods. Email to request a refund that has remained unanswered. Filled in bank forms and have now been refunded by bank/visa debit.

Exactly the same thing that happened to me, just waiting on the bank refund at the moment!

Yes, They still have my money and no goods.
Luckily I work on the research Team for BBC Watchdog so taking up the cases

Avoid this, it’s a scam , take your money, no goods, ripped off my elderly mother. In the hands of the bank now.

Definitely a scam, ordered Ninja air fryer on 11.12.22 date now 29.12.22 never received. They have ignored emails and their online chat does not work either should be removed from the web. Fortunately got money back through bank otherwise would have lost that. Avoid at all cost.

HI , I have also been caught, Bought a Airfryer and it hasnt arrived. They did answer on email saying it was held in customs however I have sent several follow up with no reply.

I reiterate what everyone else is saying about Kitchen Hof. Ordered an air fryer for my parents as a Christmas present. Received order confirmation but the order has never been fulfilled. They have not answered my emails, contact via website, contact via Instagram and the two numbers I have found never get answered.
What is worrying is that the website is still up and running and you can still order products. They are also advertised in the latest Good Food Magazine.
Total fraudsters.

Order an air fryer a few weeks before Christmas haven’t received it .
I just read your email I now know I’m not going to get my money back .
Wish I had done a better check before I bought .
I paid £460 for the two air fryers .

I ordered a Nija Air Fryer in the 13/11/22 and was advised there was a delay with delivery, I could not contact them on the telephone but managed to receive a response via email.
I cancelled the order and requested a full refund, it is now the 28/12 and I have not received it. I have been told that it takes the bank a while to process but stripe does not take this amount to of time so it is clearly a scam.
The company should be shut down

Kitchenhof is a scam. We ordered and have not received anything.

The telephone number on the online site is not real - try ringing it if you are in doubt about the scam.

Going to try to get money back from the bank and will report them to trading standards

This is a total scam company, please everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Martin Jambresic who set this company up should be brought to account and refund all concerned having conned people out of the hard earned money

. Ordered an air fryer on the 13th of November. Not arrived. Very disappointing.

Ordered an air fryer. Order confirmed, then nothing! 3 weeks later, after I queried my order I was told it would ship that week. A week later was told it had shipped. That was 3 weeks ago! No reply to my emails and phone number does not connect. Total scam, avoid.

take your order confirm by email then nothing been waiting 7 weeks then don't reply 2 any emails.very dubious company or scam .Good job never gave bank details. people like this want putting in the stocks

Same here. Paid £230 for an air fryer and nothing. How can we shut this website down and bring the scammers behind it to justice. every day it’s up there, I can’t imagine how many people like myself are being scammed out of their hard earned money

I also have waited 12 days and no delivery. I realised after purchasing that I had no delivery date so tried ringing to ask - number not available. I sent an email and got a reply that it would be between 8 and 12 days as the goods were despatched from a central European warehouse. Now no response to several emails. I'm attempting to get my bank to obtain a refnd.

My air fryer has not arrived the live chat doesn’t work and the phone number doesn’t work either. Am going to try and get my money back via my bank.

This appears to be a scam company. Still waiting for my ninja and not getting replies from my emails now. Have reported to fraud at my bank!

Yes agree. I ordered 5th November….sent an email to ask why taking so long…got a rude email back.
Luckily, my Dad is a top Lawyer in London and he is taking my case to court…..he never loses luckily

Well looks like this is a scam company keep being fobbed off by then saying will be posted out this week nothing happens think it’s time to inform the police

Do not buy from this company. I bought 2 air fryers = £437 and waited 3 weeks with no delivery! I demanded a refund which they then changed the “status” to refunded waited the 3-10 working days to receive and have had nothing. They have now stopped replying to emails. Lucky for me my bank refunded my credit card this morning.

I had the same issue - ordered Ninja air fryer & failed to supply - tried number - no ring tone. After 3 weeks I emailed to say I wanted a refund. They replied, apologised & said I would have refund within 3 to 5 working days. Three days later my £230 was back in my bank with no issue. New company over committing resulting in being unable to cope. Try contacting them by email, be polite & hopefully you will get positive result
