Fashion Soun located at sounguesu.com is a fake online store claiming to sell winter coats, dresses, pants, shoes, boots, bras and other products. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

I spent money only to receive a cheap ring and get email saying my order was sent when it was not. Gonna see if I can dispute with my bank.

This company is a complete scam. Don't waste your money or your time! It's too good to be true sort of deal really bit the bank on this one. They will send you the wrong items and then will delay sending you your refund and your products. They'll say they shipped out your products when they actually just have product shipped to another customer. I asked for them to send me where they were shipping my items and the kept with a run-around answer. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. DON'T DO IT.

Huge rip off!!!!! Stated my order was delivered but non of the carriers that deliver out her recognize the tracking number! “Customer Service” is a joke!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
Do not order from this company!Put in an order in november...never received it..though they say it was shipped..keep going back on their different stories. Terrible what people will do for money!
I made 2 purchases and received a ring and stated that my order was delivered! I have contacted my bank! I'm gonna see what I can do to get them shut down. Bs
I got scammed too. It says delivered on that "tracking number " then gave to me but nothing came. I filed a dispute on my credit card. Good thing I only spent $34.And be aware guys, they are using like 3 or 4 names in YouTube. F**** scammers!
Me too. I should've listed to my bank when I made the transaction. It came up as a possible fraud.Ishouldve listened to my gut feelings that it was too good to be true selling products so cheap.
File a fraud report w the FTC AND they will shut them down in the US. I just did it. They just did they same to me we are all getting the junk rings!!
Definitely a scam I received a moisannite ring rather than the ten clothing items I ordered this is bs I will dispute through my bank I going this site on you tube so why is YouTube allowing them to advertise that is why I trusted and gave them a chance what a mistake thanks YouTube
I did the same thing with this company. I emailed them and the email was not real. Then I emailed them again from another address and there response was my transaction didn't go through which is a lie. I was then told my products would be sent which never came. I'm going to have to call my bank and found out how to get the money back.

What in the h**l is going on at this soungues website? Where are the items that I bought? Is this a SCAM? If so, I want a refund! I bargained in good faith and deserve an answer or what I purchase! This is a fake on line store. Do not send them money you will be sorry.
Thank you. I didn't purchased anything, but did provided them with my credit card during registration, I am still at risk do I have to cancel my card and get a new one.
