I ordered a bookshelf in March and have not received the order.
yeah same just do a chargeback through bank
I ordered one of their shelves 3 months ago and I had no news from it. Later I realised that there was not a confirmation by email when I placed the order. I email them after 6 weeks and their response was very general and informed me that the item had been shipped. Their email included a link that was supposed to allow me to track the delivery, but the last activity is 2 months and a half ago. So I guess this website is a fraud.
I just bought one of their shelves and the first alarm sign was that there was not a confirmation by email when I placed the order. I just got the screen saying my order was taken and $40 was charged on my credit card. Then nothing.I've contacted them three times now, left several messages on their two Facebook pages, and nothing. That so-called help email of theirs is also useless. So beware of this store folks.
