I order the multi-tool on 29 March 2022. After a month of not receiving it I emailed them several times without response.

It is clear that I have been scamme

I've just ordered a multI tool today and I have just looked up the company (apparently) and then seen the information that it's not a company but a scam! I'm disabled and I got the tool for jobs to be done in my home. ALL I have done is had the money taken out of my account and I've not even had a email! Disgusted with the way they can be scamming innocent people who are ALSO struggling to live just like everyone else apart from the ones that are scamming people!

On the 29th March 2022 I ordered and paid for a set of cordless tools from Gowinkler using Mastercard. They confirmed my order by email but ever since I have not received any communication from them regarding the delivery nor the tracking code.

I have sent several emails to them, but they are giving me a silence treatment.

I have since contacted my bank who require me to pay the amount almost equivalent to the amount I paid for the items before commencing the process but they stipulate that the chargeback is not guaranteed.

With those conditions im reluctant to pay.

It is turning out to be a very expensive experience.

After learning that I'm able to check the reliability of these online stores I have found that 100% ofbthe ones advertising on Facebook are suspicious or confirmed scam sites.

It puzzle me how Facebook continue to let them advertise on their platform.

Totally agree that Facebook is where I seen the advertisement for the item I have ordered! I'm disappointed with Facebook and the fact that it's still not closed down and the people arrested?
