Scamming - Fraud
Scammers are sending the Local Depot GB CO UK scam text below with a link to the phishing website: local-depot-gb.com or local-depot-gb.co.uk. The phishing website purports to be the UK Post Office and claims a package needs to be redelivered. It then requests a fee of £1.45 for the re-delivery and requests your credit card details and security code. But, if the requested information is sent, it will be used fraudulently.
"Your parcel is waiting for delivery, please confirm the settlement of £1.45 on the following link local-depot-gb.com"
If you have been tricked by the Local Depot GB Co UK scam and have submitted your credit card information, please contact your bank for help.

Poor Simon has been trying for about 3 months to deliver my imaginary parcel. No-one answers the door when he's been despite me working at home and that my dog would have barked like crazy. If these people put half as much effort into finding a proper job rather than scamming folks that are struggling as it is then the world would be a much better place. Absolute a*******s.
Just had this happen to me today, was expecting a package and gave my name, address, email, date of birth and phone number before stopping myself going further. Really worried now about what will happen with that information they've been given though, has anyone else gave information and anything happen to them?

I received the same message. My name is Jamie, so I thought they'd just missed a comma in the text, and they were sending it to me personally!I realised it was a scam though
Just had a text from local depot 23 .com saying failed delivery. Strange thing is I was waiting for a delivery in the exact same time slot. Very coincidental. I clicked on the link as a result but nothing happened (wouldn’t have given details anyway). Phoned the co I was waiting for snd they said they hadn’t been yet. Ally
