The Glacier Bank scam text below, which claims the recipients' account has been placed under review, is being sent by online scammers. The aim of the scammers is to trick potential victims into clicking the link in it which goes to the fake and phishing Glacier Bank website: '8-glacier .site' that steals personal and financial information.

Received this:Glacier Bank: We noticed an unusual activity on your ACCOUNT with us. A temporary hold has been placed, you are required to VISIT below to regain access now. hxxp://tinyurl.com/glaciermember1knew right away that it was a phishing attempt. grammar errors as well as no bank is going to use a tinyurl.com link.
I received a text at 10:20pm on Sunday 6/18/23 from " glacier-onlinesecurityalert.com "it states " GLACIER - Your transfer of $1500 to Joshua completed if not you rectify herehxxps://gsm-upp.com/x/glacier I'm Assuming this is a scam and will not be clicking the link - just letting others know this phone text scam's out there...Stay safe people!

I got this same text with a different amount. Knew right away it was a scam.
Hello, I just received a text that claimed to be from glacier-service@security-mms.me. They were trying to get me to log in to autpayglacier-logon.me, I assume this is a scam. How should I report it and what should I do?

This came to my phone from glacierdebit@smsnotification.me:"(we received your debit_authorization_5:52:44 AM) in the (amount of $177.45) NOT YOU? verify at secureglacierlogon.me/logon or contact us!"Seems scammy to me.
