Online Threat Alerts (OTA)

The Post Office Help Depot text scam below, which claims the recipients' parcel was not delivered, is being sent by online scammers. The aim of the scammers is to trick potential victims into clicking the link in it which goes to the fake and phishing Evri website postoffice-help-depot.com, which steals personal and financial information.

Post Office: Your parcel was returned to our depot after a failed delivery attempt. Click here to rearrange your delivery

The website then attempts to trick visitors into submitting their personal and financial information. But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be used fraudulently by scammers. Therefore, if you were tricked into visiting the phishing website and have submitted financial information to it, please contact your bank.

So no way to track them down or your purchased items.
The whole Q Grips company is a scam.

Left the message for 12hrs then tried to access the web site and as expected it doesn’t exist any longer … if it ever did!
If you look closely at the web address it is quite strange and nothing like the post office or parcelforce so be aware

I've just got a message stating failure to deliver a Royal Mail Parcel & asking for a redelivery date, but they want a £1.20 redelivery charge & were asking for ALL Card details so as it could be deducted after delivery!
I was not due any deliveries so knew it was a Scam.

It was on a Sunday which was the first clue, Royal Mail never deliver on Sundays and I've never been asked to pay for a delivery by them so I googled it and found this site confirming my thoughts that it was a scam.

Clearly a scam, I was home and got nothing to receive from anyone, no orders placed.
