The NHS is aware of NHS test kit scams like the ones below that claim to be from the NHS telling recipients they were in close contact with someone with COVID and advising them to order a test kit and pay for postage. These texts are scams - please do not click on any links or share your bank details. If you receive one of these scam texts, please report it to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) by forwarding the message to 7726.

The links in the NHS test kit text scam go to the fraudulent website: nhs.order-testkit-gb.com and nhs.uk-test-kits.com
On the fraudulent website, visitor will be asked to submit personal and financial information.
If the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers who will use it fraudulently.
