Ratotel located at ratotel.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell apparel. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store.     I ordered two Christmas trees from this company claiming to be Balsam Hill. Nothing as of yet. Order was placed early June. Don't know what to do.
