Apple Pay Suspended Scam Wallet Support Text Message
Scammers are sending "Apple Pay Suspended" scam text messages with a link to the fake and phishing website: "apple-wallet-support .com." The fake text messages and website claim the recipients' Apple Pay has been suspended and ask them to click a link in order to re-activate. But, clicking the link on the fake Apple Wallet Support website will take visitors to a webpage that asks for personal and financial information. Any information submitted on the fake Apple Pay website will be sent to the scammers operating it, who will use it fraudulently.
Therefore, recipients of a text message with a link to "apple-wallet-support .com" are asked to follow the instructions in it. They may post the text in a comment below to help inform others and then delete it.
