I ordered in February and never got anything! Is it too late to have my bank do anything about it!? Sooo mad!
Why do they get away with scamming people like this? Can’t they be shut down?
I ordered two and never received.
Complete scam! do not send them any money!
NEVER and I repeat, NEVER buy from Binerlay. I ordered two wood puzzles from them. I never received them and requested my money back which I never got. I did receive two cheap fake gold fake diamond rings from someone named Jane. (No last name) I never put the puzzles and the rings as being from Binerlay until I saw another reviewer had the same thing happened to them. Binerlay is a complete SCAM! Please pass this on. Buy your puzzles from reputable seller.
I ordered in January. I finally got a response in March that they couldnt find my order. Do not order from them.
I ordered from you two months ago. My order number is #4191. Please send my productThank you; Karen C...
I had the exact same experience with Binerlay.
I should have checked reviews before I ordered a 3D book nook kit. I got an email from binerly with a tracking number that leads only to a Chinese page. In Chinese. The email address given for questions is fake and goes nowhere. These people are crooks. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!
I was scammed by Binerlay. I purchased several book nook 3D puzzles using a link I found on Pinterest. When I tried to track my shipment it took me to J&T Logistics, a Chinese website. The Binerlay website no longer existed. I am contacting my bank to have the charge cancelled. I thought the price was too good to be true. I should've known better and done my research first. Buyer beware.
Oh my goodness, now it all makes sense! I too, received a cheap mossanite ring instead of an "Eternal Bookstore" puzzle. I couldn't figure out where in the world it came from, and did put "return to sender" on it and gave to the mailman. Will now be disputing the charge with my bank. Thanks to all of you for writing about your experiences so that I can move forward.
