This is because it is a scam. The aim of the scam is to trick potential victims into believing the call is from their bank's Security Department. The voicemail will claim the recipient has pending payments from Amazon from overseas and they should press 1 to authorize or 2 to speak to a customer care representative. But, pressing 2, which recipients will do because they are not aware of the so-called charges, they will be transferred to a call center operated by scammers. The scammers will pretend to be from their potential victims' bank and ask them to disclose their account credentials, personal or financial information. The scammers are given the requested information, they will use it fraudulently. Therefore, if you have been tricked by the this Security Department scam, please contact your bank for help immediately. I think one was for Amazon and another for a foreign bank account. As it was an unusual activity for me and my account they wanted verification from me. I did not listen to it anymore. DO NOT press any keys to verify anything.
