Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to cancel their transactions and refund their money.

I ordered an office chair on May 28, 2023. It is July 5, 2023 and I still haven't received the chair. They claimed to give me a tracking order and it went cold on June 13, 2023 after in claims to have arrived from China to America. I want to know how I can cancel this order and get my refund? Also, how can I report them so that this scam can be eliminated?
Sent a watch instead of tools which we ordered then removed their email address so we couldn't contact them but I had it on another phone and have given all details to my bank don't deal with them

Why is this "company" allowed to advertise on Google if it's a scam site?
Google cannot tell that a website is a scam unless people reported the website to them.
