The scammers are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money, by claiming potential victims have to do so in order to receive their so-called unclaimed life insurance worth thousands or millions of dollars. But, if potential victims send their hard-earned money to the scammers, they will never receive the money they were promised. The scammers will take their money and disappear.
