I too was scammed - "bought" 2 handicap items for my husband, a scooter and an electric bike. (he can't walk) We were thrilled waiting for their arrival. Both items were closeouts at $39.95 and shipping. After JUST getting scammed by BED BATH & BEYOND (don't order from this website either) I thought I'd check up on QVC - of course - scammed again - ended up losing $150 /- Contacted my bank to void transaction, didn't happen. Called my credit card company for refunds (didn't happen) SO, I went on Marketplace Facebook and wrote a whole article how these two places were scammers and posted their pics. It's gone all around our area in SE Iowa so at least I have saved another sucker some money!!! JEEZ, WHY DON'T THESE PEOPLE GET A REAL JOB AND LEAVE US POOR AMERICANS ALONE!!!!! Right away after posting that info, I get 3 emails from 3 sources stating to contact so and so and they could get my money back - ANOTHER SCAM!!! THANKS

I placed on order on “QVC” via Instagram. My confirmation email was the first alert/red flag I received as it showed QVC with a hotmail address. Then I was alerted by my credit card company for possible fraud alert showing Mobsouk, Hong Kong
It will now go in dispute.
If a “deal” sounds too good to be true it’s because it isn’t really true. Lesson learned.

I placed an order (from kuangxin) for a rollater associated with qvc! I read I paid for this in early April ) tells me it has been delivered! But nothing has come so beware!!

I also ordered a Rollator thru QVC Factory store. I was feeling FRAUD but ordered.
Tried to cancel 30 min after ordering. Was told it had already shipped. I have been stooped! Said I had received it. I wish!

Same thing happened to me. Did you pay with a credit card? I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute and my money was refunded in just a couple of weeks.

I paid by debit card. Too much time has passed to get it refunded.I will have to live with my mistake of $42.40.
