Is Tomtami a Scam? tomtami.com Online Store Review

I made an order on Tomtami at tomtami.com. They never ship or email my receipt. When checking my order number on their website, it says it is on hold. Their address is a Publix store in Florida. Their telephone number goes to a busy signal and the reviews on their website are fake. Please do not buy from here!
