Website claims a 90-day money back guarantee that hasn’t been honored, requiring intervention by the BBB. For many, the equipment was faulty, for others the device chosen did not work for the condition identified. Note: Trust Pilot has 3,217 reviews as of today for this company and their devices, the company has received an Excellent Rating on their site and 4.4 out of 5 stars overall. Will bypass using this company and continue researching ways to help a family member obtain relief from neuropathy with prescriptions.
