I just got an anonymous text message from 346-341-3443 that says "We should talk. If you have time." I soon as I see a 346 area code I automatically assume it's a potential spam or scam. I know area code 346 is assigned to the Houston metropolitan area, Texas. Has everyone received similar text message from a 346 area code telephone number?
