• Stay on Platform: Never move a transaction or payment off Etsy. Real promo codes work directly inside Etsy’s secure checkout cart.

• Use Complex Codes: If you are a seller, avoid simple, guessable coupon words. Use randomized, alphanumeric strings for private or targeted promotions.
