If you received an email or text from "myfeed.td.com" asking for personal or banking information, it's likely a scam, as TD Bank will never ask for such information via email or text. They will never ask you to reply to an email with account numbers, passwords, PINs, or other personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it's from TD requesting you reply with your information, forward the email to phishing@td.com and delete the email.

How Avoid Becoming Victim to Scam

  • Scams often look legitimate, however, legitimate companies don't use urgent unsolicited communications or pressure tactics asking for personal information.
  • Fraudulent e-mails, texts and calls ultimately seek sensitive personal and account information such as online log-in credentials, social security numbers, account numbers, passwords or password prompts.

  • Contact the company named in the email or text before you provide any information. Do not reply to or engage with the sender in any way. It's critical to ensure you're communicating with a credible source. For example, call the number on the back of your credit card to confirm the legitimacy of any email, text or call you receive referencing that card.
