The website or online store www.headsbuys.com (Fashion Online Shopping Mall), which claims to sell luxury watches, is fraudulent. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cyber-criminals and used fraudulently. I bought a bag from them and did not receive it knowing that I paid for it and there is no one to contact me. Is this a new way to cheat?

  The website is a fraud. Contact your bank and have them cancel the transaction and refund your money.
