It now seems they are running their site via http://aivips.com/. The 1st red flag is their unbelievable price reductions!

Second, is the lack of a Https on the ordering page.

Third, although one can't find any formal complaints of aivips, their contact e-mail address still uses kitchenen.com; in which complaints of fraud abound.

I was also ripped off by them. Have notified my bank and also will share all over facebook. Who do we report them to and how do we get our money back?

    • February 6, 2018 at 4:42 PM by info

We have reported them. And, your bank should cancel the fraudulent transactions and refund your money.

I bought from this site too. Actually it is a fake site which just take money from your bankcard. I found people from other countries with the same situation with kitchenen.com and the same site as kitchenenmart.com. Domain in USA, registered in UK and bank from China.

In case that you already done it, call your bank ASAP and cancelled the transaction or in case that bank sent the money, you can use function that has every bank to return all lost money in case of FRAUD. All proof(transactions, bank, calls or texts from this site use them against it).

    Hello,

I bought products from this site. My money did not go to the product I bought. It's been 1 month now. And I read this article. I have lost my hope. Where and how can I complain?

    • January 8, 2018 at 3:43 PM by info

Contact your bank and have them cancel the transactions and refund your money.

Definitely a fraudulent website. It happened to me as well. I made one payment and automatically 2 debits were charged to me. I found that very suspicious and contacted my bank and got my card blocked, but my money has not been credited back to me

    • December 14, 2017 at 5:24 PM by info

Tell them the website is a fake being operated by cybercriminals who will never send the items you have ordered and will continue to randomly charge your card.

  • December 12, 2017 at 5:30 AM by an anonymous user from: Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil

I was also a victim of this site. You can not contact them in any way. And they do not return the sent emails. I take action with the administrator of my card, who has already denied the purchase Now I'm trying to reverse an unknown purchase that was posted to my invoice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS ACTION.

  • December 12, 2017 at 1:48 AM by an anonymous user from: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

I got charged for 2 purchases on the 26th November. Was only trying to pay for one. Tried to ring and contact them and nothing. I got scammed...

Trying to sort it out now with the bank.

  • December 8, 2017 at 11:32 PM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

I have also been taken for a ride. I was lucky as only the original $148.00 purchase price was taked from my card before I contacted the bank and cancelled the card.

I have had 2 emails sent to them returned by Mail Administrator and the phone number that was on their website is disconnected.

Yesterday their website was not available all day but today it is up and running again but the tracking on the order I placed 29/11/17 show system maintenance so I am resigned to the fact I have lost the $148.00 plus I wont receive what I paid for.

I should have known better a lesson learned

    Alan.

Including ebay.. contacting the bank to fix up and have reported to the Australian government scam department.. Lets hope Facebook will clean it up and stop fraud in its "store"but I for one wont be buying unless I know the person and its Australian.. burnt once is enough.

I think I have fallen for this scam. I have paid for items on the 3rd of December, 2017. My card has been debited and I have not heard from the store or gotten a tracking number for the items l paid for. I will contact my bank to lay a formal complaint.

  • December 4, 2017 at 6:17 PM by an anonymous user from: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

  • December 4, 2017 at 7:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Geri, Nicosia, Cyprus

Same here, but use a debit card 17I euros. Went to the bank following morning to report to the anti-fraud dept. Might take 2 months. I DONT CARE AS LONG AS getting MY MONEY BACK.

  • December 2, 2017 at 12:43 PM by an anonymous user from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

I also ordered from them. Didn't have a good feeling so I checked my credit card and yes, it was written off twice. IMMEDIATELY!

I Looked online for the review of this website and they alerted that it was a fraud.

I contacted my bank and they blocked my credit card and gave me the first amount back immediately, the second one had to go through the anti-fraud department, this was because I contacted the bank a week after the transaction. If had done it sooner they probably would have reimbursed me the whole amount.

  • November 30, 2017 at 10:39 AM by an anonymous user from: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

I bought from them and after I was doing the payment I read the article about them. Then I know that they are such a fake online store. I wish Instagram, facebook and google all of them stop there store to minimize the victims.

  • November 29, 2017 at 2:20 PM by an anonymous user from: Riga, Latvia

I also became the victim of these frauds. Blocked my credit card. Now I'm waiting for my bank's decision.

  • November 29, 2017 at 6:35 AM by an anonymous user from: Durban, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa

I was caught too. I have cancelled my card, but doubt whether I will be compensated by the bank.

  • November 29, 2017 at 5:47 AM by an anonymous user from: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Has anyone who made a purchase on this site been able to get what they bought, or did they get the money back?

  • November 28, 2017 at 8:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

I will dispute the transaction on my credit card 😤

  • November 28, 2017 at 7:42 PM by an anonymous user from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

I got caught and I try to send an email to cancel but never answer, now I understand why!

    • November 29, 2017 at 9:36 AM by an anonymous user from: Sao Paulo, Brazil

I was also caught; were you able to reverse the amount you paid disputing the purchase with the card operator/bank or got contact and received the product?

      • November 30, 2017 at 8:29 AM by an anonymous user from: Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka

I contacted the bank's fraud investigation department and they refunded the money to my bank account. I think it helped that I acted fast. I contacted the bank the day after I made the purchase and the bank immediately froze my account and blocked my card before the seller could claim it. He claimed the money twice though but since my bank was frozen, the amount was in 'floating stage' as the bank explained. Thus, the bank refunded both the amounts and my card is totally blocked now.

Contact your bank asap. Every moment counts!

  • November 28, 2017 at 1:19 PM by an anonymous user from: Trollhättan, Vastra Gotaland County, Sweden

    The website is a fake.

Did not find it when made a simple search for kitchenen. That should trigger you to investigate further. Prices also too good to be true.
