I ordered 2 cell phones on Saturday 09 December 2017 from this site, but I didn’t receive any email about accepting and shipping until know. I tried to access Kremelo costumer service for more than 30 times to ask them forechecking out my order and give me information about my purchases. But I’m not successful and they don’t answer me? I’m waiting for their information, what kind of this site? They’re phone number and the email address on the website are wrong and I can’t access them.

Today is the 25 days and I didn’t get any information about my purchases position. I wanted to order more purchases but after this order, Im disappointed with them.
