Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised, or nothing at all. To appear legitimate, the website has fake Trusted Google Store, PayPal Verified and Hacker Safe trusted seals. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing from the The Viral Gadgets.
Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I placed an order through ViralsGadget. It has been 3 mos. and I have received no correspondence from the company or any shipping service. I have sent numerous emails. Buyers BEWARE...
I ordered a product from here and it took 2 months with no response to my emails and when I received it it was a totally different item than what they advertised. I haven't even tried it yet but what they sent won't even work for me!
Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
I ordered a product named leather nu.it was a multi-function restoration agent and was given an order number and was told in an email that I would receive the product on 3/1/2019 I ordered and paid on 2/25/2019. When I contact the merchant by the telephone number given to me by my bank the merchant denied having any such product.
Ordered from Viral Gadgets in April 2017. Initially helpful and friendly, however, the product did not arrive by July 2017. Cancelled order and have had several emails saying that cancellation will be confirmed and money refunded. July 2018, no refund...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

They rip me off too. I purchase a spy cam camera and it doesn't work. They don't have a contact number or customer care number as well.
I bought 2 pcs. of Smart talk band which I paid for 139 USD and waited for 2 months only to recieved wrong product iBand M8 which is a full of c**p. We can’t even find the website to connect the product. I was very disapointed.
I ordered a bulbcam from The Viral Gadgets. I bought it in good faith to install on my front porch as an outside camera.I have no other means to do so as I don't have any power available and the "Ring" doorbells just don/t work well. To date, and after following all instructions to the "T", I have yet to be able to connect it to the internet. I contacted the company and the response I received was completely unhelpful and ineffective. They continue to offer no help or solution, or even to consider the bulbcam I purchased was defective.I have only bought two products from them and this is my last. They are a shady company that has no interest in providing either good products or ANY resemblance of customer service or support.I will NEVER purchase anything again from them and recommend others do the same.From a VERY dissatisfied customer,Joe G.
