It seems like telephone number 1-410-100-001 is being used by cybercriminals to send text scams to potential victims, in an attempt to steal their account and financial information. The cyber criminals do this by sending out phishing text messages like the one below asking recipients to click the malicious link in them.

If recipients click the link in scam text, they will be taken to a phishing website that steals personal and financial information.
If you have been tricked by a scam into disclosing your financial information, contact your bank for help and report it to the police.

I have received 2 text messages from 1-410-100-010 and one from 1-410-100-011 claiming that UPS has tried to deliver a package to my home but I wasn't there and there was no safe place to put it. They included a link of h637ups.com/?=jkq on one and c525ups.com/?=pvg on another. I haven't responded or tapped into the links. It didn't make sense to me, since I live nowhere near Maryland.
Again they send these but with hidden messages linked to Facebook

Received a scam text message at 9:59am - ATT unsuccessful payment attempt - call931286 (deleted before I got the other digits)
Same. I told them to s***w off and called them out and then blocked them!
Got a scam text from 1(410)100-004 asking me to call 2192490573.
I just got a text from this number saying I got a payment on hold from AT&T. And to call this number 352 729 1270. And there is no way to block the numbers. I knew it was scam, when I first saw it. So I didn't fall for it
Just got a text from this number saying I can get paid $400 if I use my car for advertising.
My husband just received a text from 1 (410) 100-003 today after posting a vehicle for sale on craigslist. I'm glad I found this site so that I know this is a scammers number. He has not responded to, not called the number as it looks suspicious anyways. Just wanted to share this information in case it can help someone in the future. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY 1 (410) 100 *** numbers.
"I am getting suspicious texts from what appears to be from Wells Fargo. This is not the first time I have received texts or emails from Wells Fargo, but I have never notified anyone about it. We have not had a Wells Fargo account in 20 years, so I have no idea why they are singling us out. The suspicious text number is from: 1 (410) 100-003 The strange thing is, that this is also the number that our Vet Pharmacy uses to let us know when our dogs prescription is ready. Received a message in Spanish, that I had been selected to be a beneficiary of their donation, was asked to send my email address... of course I did not.
