The fake Chrome Opinion Survey is not associated with Google and the website that displays the survey will receive compensation for the products or services that they have tricked online users into purchasing.
The main purpose of the fake survey is to make online users think they will get a reward for taking it, but the rewards shown at the end of the survey are advertisements that the people who have created the survey will get paid for, once the online users purchase the products or services that are being advertised.

I was going to do but I decided not to after I read this sooooo… thxs for informing me! It looked legit but then I messed around and it wouldn't let me make a comment so I got suspicious. Then I saw these sites and they confirmed my suspicion, so, once again, I want to thank you! I just got the firefox browser survey 2019 today, the same exact thing you are showing. Why is firefox allowing this? I checked the HTTPS & it is NOT firefox's.
