The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites. And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

Don't shop here. You might as well throw your money down the drain.
I made a purchase on 1st January. From March 15th I started getting the equivalent of US$8.95 deducted as a credit card payment named "ActiveMemb"". On advising Visa card, I was informed I must have accepted their terms and conditions at the time of sale, to pay a monthly fee that allowed me to buy further discounted goods...oh no I didn't!On emailng GreatPrice to ask for a refund and for them to delete all my details from their data base...well, I'm still waiting to hear back...VISA have cancelled my card as this appears to be the only way I can stop these payments from going out. NOT HAPPY?
I have been waiting 9 months now for goods. I have emailed them but do not get a satisfactory result. Stay away from this bogus website.
Great Price have set up a direct debit to them from my bank account 'for future services' which I have not authorised. My bank say they cannot help me as I must have agreed to their conditions. I said I would close my account so they said they would cancel my debit card and send a new one, but Great Price were still able to take the direct debit.Any solutions please?

Please don't order from here, I did, what a mistake...didn't get my merchandise and now they won't give me my money back. I've called numerous times and all I get is they will refund me and I can never talk to a Manager or someone high up. BIG SCAM!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!! They will just take your money...
I ordered hair remover in February and still waiting for it 4 months later, not only did they take my payment they have debited money from my account on 3 other occasions, under a different company name, disgusting that theses thieves are being allowed to get away with it.
The site charged “subscription” fee without approval of customer. They also changed the cancellation policy from free 24 hour cancellation to all sales are final on their website.
It is a horrible product.. The hair dryer/straightner is worthless.. Won't go thru my hair and it pulls your hair out.. Do not buy this product.. Been waiting 4 weeks for my refund.. That I'll probably never receive..
totally agree. Horrible place. DO NOT BUY from Great Price. They do not stand behind the products and will not take a return for full refund. HORRIBLE

No, but if you an automatic payment setup, just log into your PayPal account and cancel or deactivate automatic payment for that merchant.

I bought online a hair straightening product. I received it. But they continue to charge to my credit card without my authorization.
GREATPRICE IS A FRAUD SITE.Once you shop they debit your credit card without your approval for months.I have been cheated of around 150 USD by this site over the last four months and I am now forced to block my credit card and get a new one.
Please don't buy anything from Greatprice.sale.I bought 2 robot vacuum cleaner from them. I received products but look like a toy.They continuing to charged to my credit card without my authorization.
Not only did they send me a sh**ty product that looked nothing like what I ordered; they are now withdrawing unauthorized funds from my bank account.

I recently made a purchase and when I looked for the order number nothing appears. The support email is also false, I do not know how they can use the ".sale" extension with 4 characters.

Greatprice lies to its customers. My order came from China.I call and they hang up on me. As soon as they know who it is, they hang up!
