We received a text message that was a phishing text. Unfortunately it was deleted but the phone number was copied down—although; it doesn’t have enough numbers to be a real phone number. It was: 1-410-100-001

It was suspicious because the body of the text was just a bunch of numbers. Also we had just transacted business remotely and had used the phone number the text was received on in the transaction.

Ok, so didn't get an email but received a text message with the same message on it but no phone number to call, it came thru on form.myjotform.com, says you will be required to fill out the below claim form correctly so they can guide you on how to receive my funds, asks for name, address, email, phone number, alternate email, and date of birth, then has submit button. So this is a bullying scam!
