Therefore, recipients of emails like the one below, which claim they are winners in such a sweepstake are asked to delete them because they are being sent by lottery scammers. The aim of the scammers is to deceive their potential victims into thinking they are the real Publishers Clearing House, but they are NOT!     Scary and evil money makers. I’ve just received those kind of emails and almost give in but my intuition bothers me. Thanks fort the info. Is their an effective way of blocking these evil doers/scammers..?
