DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Please do not order anything from this company, they take your money and send you very cheap items, there is no invoice in with your order, no return address to be able to return order and no way to get your money back.I have been trying to return my order since Dec 2018, it is now April 2019 they eventually reply to your email, and tell you to return your order, but don’t tell you where to to return it to,or tell you why there is no invoice in with your order with return details in packet.They are a con company, please don’t get coned into buying anything from them. I have lost about £100. Gosmartdeal was on facebook, I would never have seen their advert if it hadn’t been on there, and would have been more wary of buying from them, if it had just been a random advert.
I placed my order but did not receive it for several weeks. After I contacted GoSmartDeal they informed me that there was a problem at Hong Kongs post office and they would re-arrange delivery for me which they did. However, this item took so long to arrive that I had moved address.I asked GoSmartDeal to change my address and they tod me this was impossible. FedEx informed me that this was untrue and that GoSmartDeal have to change it themselves as it is there company policy.So I relayed this information to GoSmartDeal who admitted it was true but will cost them money and if I wanted to go ahead and change my address it would cost me an extra $20... They are now refusing to give my money back.Avoid this company if you can, I am so far $80 out of pocket and scared that I have been conned
I placed order on Dec. 23,2018. Was told I'd receive an email when item shipped. Two weeks, no email, nothing. Sent email to cs@gosmartdeal.com as per their original email & received notice that the email address does not exist.
I also placed an order with these people and I guess they dont exist. I too was told I would receive an email when item shipped.I contacted them thru messenger on facebook and was told my order would ship within 5 days. Still nothing.I guess I wont be ordering stuff off of the ads on facebook anymore. Guess I will cancel that transaction on my credit card.
Same thing happened to me. Placed my order several weeks ago. I have not seen an email about my order. Have sent them an email and the email does not exist!
I have the same experience as the two comments above.Placed order on 28th December, got order confirmation but no shipping email so far and same email rejection from cs@Not sure if this is going to turn up :(
