Is Manybel a Trustworthy Online Store?

Manybel located at manybel.com appears to be untrustworthy online store because it has a fake buySafe seal. buySafe enables online merchants to provide a third-party Guaranteed Shopping program which increases confidence and buyer satisfaction. I went to buysafe.com and attempted to verify manybel.com, but got a message that the merchant's seal is invalid.

This is a scam company. They advertise seresto flea collars when you receive them they are not seresto. Nothing on the package indicates any type of brand. I ordered 5. Was suppose 2 get 2 free. Well that never happened. The charged me for 5.

The order did not reflect the discounts. I co texted them the very next bringing this to their attention. Was sent a refund notice for 37.?. I have never gotten the refund. I have been communicating with a Tammy Lawrence.I have gotten the run around ever since. The collars do not work at all. They might as well West nothing. I had to go out and buy more flea meds to solve my problem.

So I am out 129.70. I sent an email to Tammy I was told.they would give all my no at back. I would need to return. The address I was given was i. PERU. They came from Florida tbe best I remember. THIS IS SUCH A RIP OFF!

They gave a phone number that always has a busy signal, probably not really a working number. This address may not even be correct, but it's worth a try:Manybel, 8345 ME 66th St., Num D 3248, Miami,GO 33166. All 3 of my dogs died within 4 days after I put the collars on them.

I ordered arrest flea collars, but received a counterfeit which was toxic. Within 3 days, all 3 of my dogs died from the toxins in the collars. The tin holder showed natural oils, safe way to get rid of fleas and ticks without harmful pesticides. Please stop them before more pets die.

Manybel is totally a scam! I ordered 2 Seresto collars and received junk. I inquired about a refund (which they guarantee) and it turns out that the return address for the shipping is a fake address in Peru.

I ordered what I thought was 2 Seresto dog collars for fleas and ticks and I have not gotton them.

I have asked for a refund and they keep saying it was delivered which it was not.

Guess I am going to have to get a lawyer and they can pay the charges for him.

Of you get the collars, PLEASE do not put them on your pets. I ordered them and it took 4 weeks to get them. I put them on my 3 dogs and within 4 days all of them died. I am heartbroken. The ingredients listed on the are"natural oils",but the vet said they died from toxins in the collars. If you contact an attorney, let them know this.m

The flea collar is Serest, not Seresto. Not the same and more than 50% cheaper than Seresto collars. Not sure if it's a scam, knock-off or just junk.

You didn't purchase actual seresto. You purchased a knock off - serest(R). They trick people into thinking they are buying the real thing.

In their ad, they show the real seresto, in one place you click to get it - it is for serest(R) and another it shows seresto. You can't even find what they offer (serest(R)) on line or even any generic information on the actual seresto.

They do not respond to any comments about it being a trick or a knock off, and most people that I made that type of comment to do not even respond - meaning they may not even be seeing responses to their posts.

So many people say they love it and use it...but I don't think they are using this fake product.

      • June 19, 2019 at 8:28 AM by an anonymous user from: Newark, New Jersey, United States

I totally agree with you on this. Such a scam to show a video with the real product, and then their fake product.

So many posts about people wondering where their orders are. So many posts about people saying they love Seresto...not realizing this is not seresto.

Manybel does not respond to being called out on it. I agree that it seems like many/if not most people do not respond, unless you get to them immediately as they post.

It also becomes misleading when people say they like seresto, because others scrolling continue to believe this site is selling the real thing.

I ordered the veneers from a face book ad, When they came they were useless so I looked on the return page for instructions.

The return address was fake and the post office could not send the package. Countless emails to support were ignored, or they sent a robo email back, and did nothing to assist with a proper return address or any information. COMPLETE SCAM.

I did not order veneers from your company. I put my information in thought and i deleted it. It went through anyway and I cancelled it but was still charged.

Got it weeks later, returned it the day after i got them unopened 12/4/18; where is my refund, it is now 1/9/19, are you not a man or woman of your word? I am Rochelle C.
