Review of "ShineeLife" - is it an Untrustworthy Online Store?

We have had the Same issue. Order in April. Email in May to say the order is at the shipper. Still have not received the sunglasses. From Wisconsin

Ordered shirts a month ago, no reply. Can't contact. If this is a fraud how does FB allow them all over their site?

The same story for me, ordered Jaguar sunglasses back in January, made several enquirers and has several responses, but still no sunglasses. Received a second tracking number today and have asked how I use the tracking number, but am resigned to the fact that it's a lost cause. Makes you wonder how Facebook can endorse such a company.

Ordered harley davidson sunglasses in February. Nothing has turned up and no response from the company.

Same situation from Budapest, Hungary...Ordered a Mercedes jacket in december. I asked about the item in january, and than only one respond by messenger, but after that is nothing... So I think my money is lost...

The same situation I ordered Chevy sunglasses back in early January still have not received nor has anyone from shinee life responded back to me, cannot even get to the web site, does anyone have a contact number, and yes they have invoiced me but again nothing received. From Windsor Canada

I have the same problem. I ordered and paid for the sunglasses but still nothing has been received. Tried their website but it appears to be down.

I ordered a pair of Chevy sunglasses on Jan 5,2019, and still have not received them. I emailed ShineeLife and they told me they were on vacation and that’s why my order isn’t here yet.

They told me my order would be here two weeks ago, so I emailed them again and asked for a tracking number. They emailed me back with some number that there’s not really a way to track my “package”.

They then told me my order was ready to ship... AFTER telling me my order was basically on its way already.... I think this is a bogus website and I hope nobody orders from them.

I’m pretty sure I got scammed for $40. Also, they keep calling me “sir” when I am a girl!

Have the same issue purchased the same day as u only they do not respond back to me, and there website does not exist, do u have a contact number for shinee life

I ordered BMW sunglasses 2 months ago and haven't received it yet.

I ordered Mercedes sungla**es. It has been over 2 months and nothing. I sent 5 emails and they only responded twice, saying they are waiting for a tracking number from the shipping company! It does not take 2 months to get a tracking number. Further emails unanswered.

Do not waste your money on them.

I agree with your headline. This ShineeLife Store is a Untrustworthy store. In fact they are liars... I purchased 2 leather jackets back in Nov 2018.

They only send me 1 jacket of Black and they send me an email saying that the BLACK was out of stock.. Yes, they said Black is out of stock but they send me the black without the red.... When I asked them why before their website close down, another email replied that they have already send me 2 jackets.

Till now, there are no more reply and their site is offline! This is a fraud case! I am not sure how to proceed to get my money back. Very sad and worrying...
