Good morning I have received this message on Instagram. So my question is, how do I go about reporting this scam. They also contacted me asking me for $500.

"Congratulations to your lucky Instagram profile was one of the lucky profiles that was selected through our computerized database roaming profile selector to earn the sum of $800.000.00 and a new Samsung Galaxy s8 phone from the online promotion of Samsung 2018 here on Instagram . Are you interested in claiming your winnings?"
