The website or online store "ECC Outlets" at www.eccoutlets.com is fraudulent. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent website, which claims to sell shoes, because those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cyber-criminals and used fraudulently. They also run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, or poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing or visiting www.eccoutlets.com.
The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites. And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

Received via email: "Dear Sir This is with reference to the subject website wherein I have been charged an amount of CNY 905.69 for Ferragamo shoes which I never received. I tried pursuing the matter and was given a delivery status update wherein I never received the product. The website email with whom I was corresponding was support@cserviceteam.com This email was giving assurance that my parcel had been dispatched but I never received it. Just for info, the amount was charged by them from the following name: HAICHENGJIAHAO STORE, BEIJING. I am sending this email so as a form of proof that it is a fake website and action may be taken against them. Regards Asad"
Received via email: "My name is Lilit. I saw an article in your web site about eccoutlets.com. I ordered shoes on 22.04.2018 from that web site. Till today I didn`t get my order. I send them several emails requesting the tracking number. They answered and send me not valid tracking number. Please, can you help me get back money I have payed (83 dollars)."
I bought a slipper a more than a month ago and yet to receive it.
Total fraud! don´t buy anything, they just steal you´re money!
