The scam is being sent by cybercriminals to trick recipients into clicking on the "Click to Refresh page" link, which goes to a phishing website that steals online email account password and password. Once the cybercriminals have stolen their potential victims' account credentials, they will hijacked and use the accounts fraudulently.
