I have tried the website and it keeps charging my credit card, even though I have canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, games, software, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.
Online users who have already subscribed to services on www.daydreamplay.net are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

Filed fraud complaint with my bank as well as canceled. Card is now blocked and being replaced so they can't charge anymore.
I entered in my card details to the site and cancelled my subscription, does this still mean they will take money from me.
It is possible because they have your card information.
How do I stop them from charging my card?
Cancel it and get a new one.
Signup.daydreamplay.netOffering free prize Samsung 10 mobile phone, with request for 1EUR fee for postal costs (croatian official post service HP)I suspect the key issue, is obtain bank details through bank card numbers?
I have notice on my bank statements this day dream play is taken 7.95 month. I've only just notice this is and it is not what I wanted, and I've not signed up to them. I ring my bank today and reporting it anyone, also who is affected, act now.
Must be careful with this site. They pretend to give free stuff but then suddenly it costs anyway.
They are definitely scammers as I have never received anything and they keep taking money out of my account
I agree - don't touch them! They caught me with a Google-branded popup offering a new phone in return for answering a questionnaire. They then wanted €1 to cover postage for the 'phone. It was only after harvesting my credit card details that I discovered the €1 was a charge for being entered in a sweepstake and they had used my card details to sign me up for a monthly subscription. To add insult to injury, they then promptly charged my card with £7.50. Luckily, they're now blocked and I've organised a charge back from my credit card company. On investigation, they're based in the Czech Republic but use a New York number for what they laughingly describe as 'customer service'!
I realized only now that it is January 13th and February 12th 2019 I have been charged 67.95 each time for nothing. I understand what I saw as I do not have any subscription.
They took $1.41 from my bank account but I didn't sign up for this, they hacked me. What can I do?
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel your credit card and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.
Could it possibly be off of Amazon's site? I don't recall signing up for this, however I signed up for Amazon prime and did visit their music site for just a moment!
I do not remember making the registration to this site and I have been charged Fr.3.50 on my card but I do not know what to refer to as I do to cancel and find out what it refers to this expense.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Hi, can someone please tell me how do I unsubsribe from this ? They keep deducting money from my account and I dont even know which site I have to go to , to cancel this.Thank you very much.
You cannot, therefore, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel your card and get a new one.
Hi, How do you track these fraudulent sites/people to get your money back or even stop them from taking more money from your account even though you cancelled your card and trial.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. And, if you have cancelled your credit card, they should not be able to charge you. But, if they still taking money from you, contact your bank for help.
