The website www.hot-starship.com (Hot Starship), is a fraudulent online store that claims to sell Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Michael Kors, Coach, Fendi and other brands handbags and other clothing accessories. Therefore, online users are advised to stay away from the fake website because it will fraudulently charge their credit cards for goods they will never receive, steal their personal and credit card information and used them fraudulently.

    That's the third message Re. my complaint about my order 100017944.

    No body bother to respond to me, I'm asking about your return policy, and your commitment for your customers, it's so bad to ignore your customers, your website is the only website does not care of customers satisfaction .. not at all. at least give respect to your customers who unfortunately trusted you.

    I hope someone in charge can take my complaints seriously.

    I used to buy lots of products online, and I have no problem at all with any company, until I start to deal with your company.

    I bought a watch (order # 100017944 ) and when I received my watch, I was so disappointed, The product is poor looks very cheap and funny, nothing matches the online photo at all, and there is no way for someone to use such bad watch.

    I was so clear, and I communicated with your customer service to return the watch according to your policy, and I asked them for the address to return that product.

    Since that time no one wants to give the address ( I do not know the reason behind that ).

    every time they answer me differently, one time they said they will refund the money after deducting 25% and postage, the Second time they said that they will replace it with another one I choose.

    The third time they said that they will refund a partial refund?

    I really feel so bad to deal with your company, it's almost 10 days, and I got no serious respond to my complaint .. I'm not sure if you are ready to resolve it or we are wasting our time.

    I hope to get a full answer, and ASAP.

      They are messing me around also. There web site can not be reached anymore. I called the credit card company and filed a dispute. The emails I received sound like the same thing you received

    How can people be that naive and order on such websites. I saw an ad, clicked on it out of curiosity. A Rolex watch under $200... Come on! Don't let yourselves get fooled!
