I placed my order August 18, 2018, and still have not received my mixer.
I have already paid my MasterCard.

What was on your statement for a description and a charge?
I have a charge from August called:

"FHT*GUIQINHAI CO SHENZHEN SHE 2899 (ref #) 6830 (account #) for 62.50
446.34 CNY"

Is that who and what your charge was?

Because I have no charge from
"for shop done" so wondering if it was under a different name. If you could let me know I would appreciate it. Thanks so much!

same here, and then they tell me to log into their site and request a 'cancelation' when I ask for a refund and I can't even find the website.
it's ridiculous that people can pull this sort of thing and get away with it.
Ugh!

I have cancelled the transaction. If I ever get the mixer I will gladly pay for it but until the shipping container actually docks at a US port and I am delivered the product I have cancelled my payment.
