The website "www.delevu.com" is an untrustworthy one. The website which claims you can access eBooks, audiobooks, music and more, is similar to other fraudulent electronic content websites. Online users who have used their credit cards on the untrustworthy website run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have canceled their subscriptions.

Online user who have already subscribed to delevu.com, are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the untrustworthy website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

I too have been victimized by this website. My credit card company is rushing me a new card & is investigating. Have no idea who these people are.
I have fallen victim to this company. My bank is on it now. I never even heard of this site let alone ordered from them! Hoping for good results and payback ASAP!
My bank caught the fraud charge immediately, still processed charge, because they have the authentication info. So how'd they get that?I've used card on line with no problem for a long time. This event happened while using my card on wife's email acct for very first time. Bank processed a legit charge from that operation, and this DELEVU.COM charge. Either there's malware in her new computer (Fresh from box), or there's a leak in the email to Mozilla. DELEVU phone number 855-385-8286Their #2 selection is the line connecting to a bad charges operator - sorta like they are expecting this. Operator was ESOL - probably Mediterranean area - by accent. Was told that charge would be reversed within 7-10 business days. WTF?
I have found Delevu to be of zero value and yet it charged me without any evidence that I have seen that I ever subscribed to their web service. There is no content that I have seen that has value, yet if you make any request for documents, which after being charged I have, the site always claims to have a document that it does not have.Worthless service and complete scam.
I was just notified by my credit card fraud department that Delevu was charging my account.This is the second time this name has appeared on our statement. The last charge was on the September statement.
I just contacted my credit card company because two charges from this site were on the last statement. It is definitely a fraudulent site.
