Is SignalTech Wifi Booster a Scam? Review of Signal Tech

Signaltech Wifi Booster at signaltechbooster.com contains misleading information about speeding up your internet connection. The makers of the device claim they can boost your internet speed by preventing your Internet Service Provider from throttling your bandwidth, but this is not true. Also, the website is loaded with fake Facebook comments because the profile pictures or names in which the comments are posted are not clickable, meaning, if you click them, they do not go back to Facebook.com.

About Signal Tech Wifi Booster

Is Signaltech Wifi Booster Scam

SignalTech WiFi Booster is the only solution to stop your internet provider from purposely slowing down your internet.

However, it does more than just boost your internet speed. This tiny device also extends your WiFi to reach every part of your house. This means no more dead spots where you can’t get WiFi. This makes it perfect for all types of homes where family members need WiFi in all rooms including the basement.

The coolest part is that it works with any greedy internet provider and the equipment they force you to use.

I bought 2 Signal Tech Wifi Boosters and my speed on the extender shows at 20mbs. My service is set for 150mbs. Clearly this product does not work as advertised. The Signaltech Wifi Booster is only 15 feet away from my router.

Question: If your router is set to a certain speed, say, 150mbps, then that is the top speed that your traffic can do. How does this device increase your speed without changing the settings on the router?

    I need the technical explanation.

Ye's I experienced everything that other consumers experienced. I brought 2 last year (2020) and they worked at first and then I couldn't connect to the internet. I just called today 102021 and talked to a rep. They actually tried to sell me another more up to date device. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This company needs to be brought up on fraud charges.

Do you not have to connect them to your WiFI before they will work?
