I too ordered a hammock and pad beginning of August. It's now mid-October and I have not received my stuff. I have started a dispute resolution with my credit card company. Wish I had seen this site before I ordered! I never usually buy anything unless it is on Amazon, now I know why!
Yes, I too was dooped by this company. STAY AWAY.It was the hammocks... the timing was perfect, we had literally just been talking about this kind of hammock and when I saw the add I thought the timing was perfect.I too bought 3, for all members of my family.We did receive hammocks, just NOTHING like what was being advertised. They are useless. Very disappointed. They were birthday presents that were a huge flop. Moral of the story, always research the company before buying something, especially from a Facebook ad. And shame on FB for supporting this.

I hurried to buy 3 of them (I have a big family).Immediately after, I began to have doubts. If it sounds too good to be true, it's not. Isn't?Then, I found that they use Amok's modified photos to make money dishonestly.Finally, a month later, I have not received anything yet.Beware! Do not buy from this company!
Recieved my hammock...nothing like what was advertised. Emailed complaint. if I don't hear from them I will file a dispute with my credit card company. Don't buy from this company.
I also ordered a hammock a month ago. Didn’t receive anything yet.
This company used another hammock companies images and videos (Amok) of a much more expensive hammock, to sell an extremely cheap and completely different hammock.
I also ordered 2 hammocks and have tried 3 different emails connected to this company trying to get information with no response. Hoping I can get the charges removed from my credit card.
Ordered three hammocks and that was over a month ago. Made numerous attempts to contact customer service... nothing. What a scam!
