I have been contacting you since. I placed my order on November 27, 2019, and I have not received a response about my order. I’m contacting my credit card company to make a dispute against whoever this is.
Their phone number(s) come up as 'please check/dial again' or 'no longer in service' and the mailing address is indeed in a residential area. They don't answer their email when you send them an inquiry or a request for a refund.
