I received the text scam below, which claims my debit card has been temporarily locked and should call 800-897-3986. Remember, always call the telephone number the back of your card when you get a suspicious message like the one below. Calling the number the back of your card will prevent you from calling a fake bank customer service created by scammers attempting to steal their potential victims' personal and banking information.
