My husband and I bought a minI laptop each from this website. We each received what was described as a mirrorbook air; which is an item the size of two credit cards on a hinge. One side is a mirror, and the other side is a dummy keyboard. We are currently going through the chargeback process with our bank to get a refund.
This is a fake website, don't order from them, I'm have already been deceived.
its fraud Store. Now Website is Closed.
I got a response with a order number and it would be ready by July. But no tracking number for order.
I experienced the same case, but I received a confirmation letter about my order. I tried to send email to know my tracking number, but no response at all.
I did the same, and received email confirmation (found it in my spam folder). After the charges cleared, I went ahead and cancelled both our debit cards and got new ones ordered. If they don't send me the stuff I ordered, I'm going to report it. I recently wrote to Shopify to, and ask them if they have had any complaints. I will share there response, when they get it. This toanycity, is set up with Shopify - and the orders and payments are handled through them. It doesn't make sense though, for a business to pay money to use a service when you can sell on EBay and Amazon for free.
Did they send you anything? I just happened to review the prices online, and this particular minI laptop goes for 749 and up. Well the 39 charge gas already cleared, but as of today, I called our bank, and cancelled both debit cards and ordered new ones. If they are indeed scammers - they won't have access to our money. The only email I received was in my spam folder, saying we are preparing your order for shipment.
