The website is a fake and you will never receive what you have ordered. Therefore, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

Same thing here, got a FB ad to this new URL: kswor.com with exact same physical address.
I wish I googled it BEFORE I placed the order. The tracking # provided states the weight is 0.3 lb for a refurbished laptop?? What bothers me also is how they edited UPS delivery data to show that the item was delivered while it never arrived? Requesting Paypal to refund my purchase...

I ordered a laptop and paid PayPal to someone named Manish Patel. It sounded already suspicious when the person's name I paid to didn't show in the paypal activities.
However,I received an e-mail with the order # and a tracking #, which described the product coming from Australia.
Today, when I tried to access the site xksale, it would give an error message. Then, I decided to google the website and found out it's a fraudulent site operated by criminals and scammers.
Contacted the bank and they immediately cancelled my credit card. Hopefully, I'll have my money reimbursed.
