The website, www.neotechstore.com, is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell the Gene X - Smart Electric bike for $80 and under. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered 2 scooters two months ago... I guess I have to go to my bank or what? Am I out $211us or can I get my money back?Can I go after Facebook because their ad was on facebook?
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. For Facebook, it would be virtually impossible for them to tell if someone who is advertising on their network is a scammer or not.

Hi,I ordered on 04/05/19 and till now I still have not received any response. I had emailed them three times still no luck. They are definitely not legit since no phone contact whatsoever. I’m calling my C/C to file a dispute the charge.
I also ordered one of this electric bike until now a haven't received yet. It's been 28 days already since I ordered; maybe this is a scam. I am also a victim of this neotec store.
I have ordered and payed the said amount and told to wait 24 days, it is now 30 days and there is no way of getting in touch with this firm! So it looks like I have been robbed!
