This company, different from others with similar names, is supposedly based in India. When I ordered merchandise from a Facebook ad, I was told the product would be delivered within 10 days- seemed reasonable, so I ordered. Now 4 weeks later, I reach customer service, only via email (another flag) and was told that there was a delay in shipping and due to that I was offered a 30% discount on the next order (are they kidding)!I wait one more week and again email customer service and demand product or full refund by Upcoming Friday, giving them 5-7 days to get their stuff together! I was told it is against policy and that the faq indicates no refunds! I email back and say - the contract does say that BUT more importantly says the consumer EILL RECEIVE the product ordered and paid for! Have not heard another word but I will report them to Facebook and the BBB in NYS... another lesson learned- DO NIT BUY ANYTHING OFF FACEBOOK ADS!
Scammers. Sold junk merchandise with a deceptive Internet ad. Stay away from this company!
The small portable air conditioner doesn’t work and does not have a plug. It is a scam and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO. I CANT MINE TODAY AND ITS TERRIBLE!
Don't use this site. Shopaholics is 2x - 3x more expensive that Amazon for their Arctic Air AC unit. You can get it from Amazon w/Prime in 1 day. Mine took 2-weeks shipped from China.
It is just another fake online store claiming to sell portal AC.
